Sheet A — Products in the field
Six products, all ours. We design them, build them, and keep them running, day to day.
Warranty-period management for new-build housing associations. A volunteer board collects the construction defects, files the formal complaints, and keeps every statutory deadline through the ten-year liability window. No legal training needed.
Parking spaces for rent. Search, reserve and manage a space anywhere in Finland, all from one place.
A shooting-practice tracker and coach for the range. Log each shot, get grip, stance and trigger corrections on the spot, follow heat maps and trends across sessions, and shoot live matches against friends.
Blocks notification spam. A Chrome extension and an Android app that check incoming push notifications against a live spam database and stop the junk before it reaches you.
Provably-fair giveaways for social media. Import the comments from Facebook or YouTube with one click, then run a draw that is cryptographically verifiable. Anyone can check the result for themselves.
An independent tool for the Finnish forest owner. A map, a valuation, maintenance reminders and neutral timber trade for talousmetsä, kept in one place.

Three remote-appointment platforms, made for a doctor taking their practice online. The patient data and the records sit with audited, compliant third parties; none of it touches our servers. We planned it that way from the first drawing.
Sheet C — AdRific
AdRific is a small studio in Helsinki. Mostly, we build our own things.
We write the code and run the campaigns ourselves, with no one in between. The products above are how we stay in practice: real things, in daily use. Now and then we team up with someone who has an idea — the remote-care work above happened that way.
